My stay was a mixed bag at this resort; while the staff did their best during the busy triathlon weekend, check-in was frustratingly chaotic. The room we received was on the ground floor and not very appealing, overlooking a noisy laundry area. However, when I had a minor accident, the staff was quick to provide assistance, which I appreciated. Overall, the service had its ups and downs, and the dining experience was unfortunately quite slow.
